Swimming

Too much laptop use can cause serious issues in your neck and upper shoulders. I learnt it the hard way this past week. I can spend oodles of time trying to explain why it really happened. However, no matter how I put it, it ultimately boils down to poor posturing thanks to working on a laptop for insane hours on a daily basis. If you do the same, please be careful. It’s not as uncommon as you may think, and when it hits you, it will put you in a world of hurt, for a long ass period of time.
Since working on a laptop was not a wise thing for me, we decided to take a vacation. And we took a little trip to Colorado. In Colorado, I had a chance to see Glenwood Springs, Aspen and Boulder. I have to say, Glenwood Springs was nice. Really nice. And I think I might have finally made my wife (and family) proud: I learnt how to float in water. And was able to swim too, albeit just a tiny bit. I was pleased. I really did not think I could learn swimming. With this little experience in Glenwood’s Hot Springs, I think I just might be able to.
